REQUEST MAINTENANCE

 

Any maintenance problem should be reported immediately to the Tera, LLC Properties team. A resident may submit a request for maintenance by filling out and submitting the form below. The Tera, LLC Properties team will receive your maintenance request electronically and work to resolve your request. Each request is electronically logged and then prioritized by Tera, LLC Properties personnel. The severity of the problem determines the amount of time it will take to have your request completed, although most non-emergency requests are completed within 1-2 business days. If a resident selects the option to be notified when the ticket is complete, he/she will receive an email when the maintenance request has been closed.
The Tera, LLC Properties Maintenance personnel are committed to serving you promptly. Residents are expected to cooperate with all maintenance staff members so that repairs can be completed as quickly as possible. By submitting a maintenance request form, the resident implicitly gives the Tera, LLC Properties Maintenance personnel permission to enter his/her apartment to make the repair, whether the resident is present or not present at the time.
