BONITA APARTMENTS is a local and privately owned partnership.  We offer high quality, yet affordable living quarters for WVU students and WVU professionals.  Our brand new building is centrally and conveniently located at 850 Idlewood Drive, off of South Stewartstown Road.  A short drive to Downtown and Evansdale Campuses, as well as Ruby Memorial and Mylan Pharmaceuticals. We offer affordable rental rates with luxery ammenities including a private parking lot with designated parking spaces for each resident, and 24 hour, worry free maintenance service.  All utilities are included except electric and we will permit cats with specified restrictions.  We are currently leasing from May to May.  Additional leasing options may be considered as well.  We require a security deposit with the signing of a lease.
